Attorney Jeffrey C. Youngs

Jeff is a 2013 graduate of the Ohio Northern University Claude W. Pettit College of Law, Ada, Ohio, and a 2010 graduate of Allegheny College, and a 2006 graduate of Cochranton Jr./Sr. High School. Jeff grew up in his family’s law practice working as a secretary, and later a law clerk, prior to practicing law with the firm.

When he’s not practicing law, Jeff is often practicing music. He is currently the pianist and former choir director at Grace United Methodist Church in Meadville, and is a member of the Allegheny College Chorus. He also is involved with the Meadville AM Rotary Club, the Meadville Neighborhood Center, and looks forward to continued civic involvement.

Jeff returned to Meadvile to be closer to family and to give back to the community where he was raised. He joins Pepicelli, Youngs & Youngs as a third-generation attorney, following in the footsteps of his grandfather, John V. Pepicelli, who practiced law from 1953 to 1997, and his parents, Christopher J. and Lisa Pepicelli Youngs, who have practiced law in Meadville since 1983. Jeff handles nearly all types of cases, though the bulk of his practice includes workers’ compensation, personal injury, wills and powers of attorney, and guardianships. Jeff is also the Attorney for the Crawford County Register and Recorder’s Office. Jeff can help you! Contact him today!
