Christopher J. Youngs (Retired)

Christopher J. Youngs, Esq.
Chris is a 1982 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a 1978 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. Most recently, he is a 2010 graduate of Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College in Dubois, Wyoming. His areas of practice include workers’ compensation, accident and personal injury law, social security disability, administrative law, municipal law, and many types of litigation.

Chris emphasizes a straight-forward and down-to-earth approach to the practice of law, and that philosophy is evident in his dealings with clients, judges, and colleagues. Attorney Youngs devotes his practice to obtaining justice for people.  He welcomes opportunities to help the hurt or injured, and to take on the insurance companies and wrongdoers who stand in the way of justice.

His numerous community activities have included serving as President of the Chamber of Commerce, and the Sunrise Kiwanis Club.  Chris is currently on the Board of Directors of the Meadville YMCA and is a volunteer with the Community Improvement Center, which provides home improvement and access services to individuals who are physically and financially incapable of taking measures to fix their homes.  He is also a member of the Cochranton Lodge 790, Crawford County Shrine Club, and Erie Scottish Rite.

Chris retired effective December 31, 2021, although he may occasionally be seen helping out around the office.  Chris deeply appreciates the trust and confidence his clients placed in him to secure justice over the last 39 years.  He is confident that he is leaving his former clients in good hands at Pepicelli, Youngs and Youngs.
